What is Vinyasa Flow?

Vinyasa is influenced by Ashtanga yoga which also links continuous sequence through the breath. You will be lead through a class that flows from one pose to the next. It’s a fun, dynamic style of yoga and is a good workout (you will work up quite a sweat) as well as a great yoga experience. As long as you are fit and healthy, Vinyasa is open to all levels (unless stated otherwise) and variations of postures will be shown to suit your level in every class. However, if you have injuries or are completely new to yoga or fitness then it is a good idea to take a slower class to begin with.
