There are so many benefits to practicing yoga. Two of the benefits are that it helps you become more flexible and strong in mind and body. It can also help with weight loss, burning many calories whilst practicing asana (postures) and making us more mindful of what we eat.

It helps us with self confidence and at the same time teaches us to be humble. It helps to relieve stress and, with practice, we can heal ourselves emotionally, helping us to build an inner strength, Reminding us to live in the present, be good in our future and put the past behind us, only taking with us the valuable lessons learned. In short Yoga is a beautiful science of life, teaching us to look after ourselves physically and mentally whilst treating others with respect. With regular practice we become fitter, healthier and happier in all ways.
